ELIZABETH Floyd

Elizabeth joined CPI’s San Francisco office in 2019. She focuses on mid-to-senior level investment professional recruiting and business development. She works across various strategies and sectors, but most recently has spent time on searches in the Technology and Healthcare sectors.

Elizabeth has over 13 years of recruiting experience and joined CPI with more than a decade of in-house human resources, recruiting, and talent development experience across various investment strategies at Citadel, Och-Ziff Capital Management, and Goldman Sachs in New York. Most recently at Citadel, she was responsible for senior recruiting and business development for the Ashler Capital business and led Associate recruiting for the Global Equities business globally. She started her career at Goldman Sachs in Equity Sales in the Global Markets Division.

Elizabeth graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in Sociology and a certificate in Markets and Management studies. She was a four-year varsity letter winner and Captain of the Duke Field Hockey team. She is currently a member of the Olympic Club Women’s Lacrosse team in San Francisco and is an active alumna of Duke University and Hathaway Brown School in Cleveland, Ohio.
