Allison D'Anjou
Allison joined CPI in 2008. She focuses on junior level investment professional recruiting across various strategies and sectors. She also leads CPI’s technology innovation efforts and is responsible for implementing a fully customized platform to enhance and streamline the data collection and onboarding of junior level candidates.
Prior to joining CPI, Allison worked with a pediatric hematologist at Weill Cornell Medical College/New York Presbyterian Hospital doing clinical research with independent pharmaceutical companies.
Allison currently serves on the Board of Advisors for Good Sports, whose mission is to provide equitable access in youth sports and physical activity by supporting children in high-need communities to achieve their greatest potential, on the field, and in life.
Allison graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Human Development from the College of Human Ecology. She was a four-year varsity letter winner and Captain of the Cornell Women's Lacrosse team. After graduating from Cornell, Allison played for the New York Athletic Club Women’s Lacrosse team. She remains an active alumna of Cornell as well as St. Paul’s School for Girls in Maryland.
