Carolina Dorson Ponzer

Carolina joined CPI’s New York City office in 2008. She focuses on mid-to-senior level investment professional recruiting and business development at CPI. Carolina has over 14 years of recruiting experience and has closed several hundred searches across a variety of fund sizes, strategies, and sectors. Most recently Carolina has focused on searches in the Consumer, Financial Services, Industrials, and Infrastructure sectors.

Prior to CPI, Carolina worked at the Estée Lauder Companies as a marketing manager for the Clinique brand. Carolina began her career at Paul Wilmot Communications, a public relations firm in New York.

Carolina graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University. She also received an MBA from the Wharton School, and an M.A. in International Studies from the Lauder Institute, both at the University of Pennsylvania. She is an active alumna of the Spence School and Deerfield Academy. Carolina lives in New York City with her husband and two children.
