Caroline Hicks

Caroline joined CPI’s New York City office in 2021. She assists with firm operations and mid-to-senior level investment professional recruiting. She is responsible for research, scheduling, and overall search process management.

Caroline attended The University of Mississippi where she obtained a B.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications and specialized in Public Relations.
