Claire Andrews

Claire joined CPI’s New York City office in 2022. She focuses on real estate investment professional recruiting across all levels, geographies, and asset classes. She is responsible for internal candidate sourcing, search implementation, and client process management. Claire also assists in organizing and integrating CPI’s internal technology efforts.

Before joining CPI, Claire worked as a Project Manager at a technology startup where she focused on streamlining technical growth efforts and business development. Claire has worked with over 15 startups, ranging from seed to Series C.

Claire graduated summa cum laude from Bucknell University, where she designed an interdisciplinary major to study solution-based problem solving at the intersections of creativity, entrepreneurship, and corporate strategy. Upon graduation, Claire pursued a graduate fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania in Business Development.
