Cortney Peretz

Cortney joined CPI’s New York City office in 2007. She co-leads the Real Estate Investment Professional Recruiting practice. In addition to leading real estate equity and debt acquisitions searches, Cortney also has an extensive history working with development, asset management, capital markets, and investor relations teams within the Real Estate sector. She also leads mid-to-senior level investment professional searches across all strategies and sectors.

Prior to joining CPI, Cortney spent seven years in the financial services industry. Most recently, she was at Houlihan Lokey where she focused on servicing the private equity and hedge fund community. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Cortney worked at BlackRock and ABN Amro.

Cortney received a B.S. in Economics, cum laude, with concentrations in Finance and Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
