Helen Wood Gillespie

Helen joined CPI’s New York City office in 2022 and focuses on junior level investment professional recruiting across various strategies and sectors. She is responsible for candidate research and sourcing, client and candidate communication, scheduling, and overall search process management.

Prior to joining CPI, Helen worked as a recruiter primarily focused on the Technology sector. She also served as a licensed residential mortgage originator.

Helen attended the University of Virginia where she graduated with a B.A. in American Studies after transferring from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. Helen was a founding member and is actively involved in the One Love Foundation.
