Jaya Kirtane Hathaway

Jaya joined CPI in 2011. She focuses on junior level investment professional recruiting and business development. Jaya has partnered with many of CPI’s top clients and has placed hundreds of Associates at buyside firms in New York, Boston, and the West Coast.

Prior to joining CPI, Jaya worked at UBS Investment Bank as an Associate Director in the M&A group. While at UBS, Jaya worked in both the Los Angeles and New York offices and participated in the company’s Analyst and Associate recruiting efforts and summer internship programs. Jaya began her career at Fieldstone Private Capital Group (later renamed Auria Capital), a boutique investment bank in New York.

Jaya graduated cum laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and was a three-year member of the varsity tennis team. She also received an MBA, with honors, from The Wharton School. Jaya most recently served on the Board of Directors of the Penn Club of New York and is actively involved with the Curtis School in Los Angeles. Jaya lives in Los Angeles with her husband and three children.
