Katie O’Connor

Katie joined CPI in 2022. She focuses on administrative talent and junior level investment professional recruiting. She conducts candidate searches across a range of fund strategies including private equity, venture capital, hedge funds and family offices.

Prior to joining CPI, Katie was a Human Resources Assistant for a non-profit organization where she supported the training and development functions across the firm.

Katie graduated from Roanoke College with a B.A. in Education.
