Lea Lotey-Goodman

Léa joined CPI in 2023 and is based in San Francisco. Léa focuses on all levels of investment professional recruiting across various strategies and sectors. She is responsible for research, correspondence, scheduling, and general search process management.

Prior to CPI, Léa worked in marketing and communications for various advertising agencies and previously for Artuner, an online art platform based in London.

Léa received a master’s degree in international business from HEC Montréal and an honors B.A. from Queen’s University. She is originally from Montréal, Quebec.
