Lilly Grass

Lilly joined CPI to focus on portfolio and operations recruiting, conducting searches for non-investment roles within buyside firms and their portfolio companies.

Prior to joining CPI, Lilly was an Account Executive at Vince, a global contemporary brand. Lilly was responsible for managing and partnering with 90+ clients to ensure sales growth. Lilly was also responsible for prospecting new business across the United States.

Lilly graduated from the University of Michigan where she earned a B.A. in Communications and Media. She was a four-year varsity letter winner on the University of Michigan Women's Lacrosse team and a three-year All Big Ten Academic Award recipient. She is originally from Bronxville, NY.
