Sam Schrenker

Sam joined CPI’s New York City office in 2021. She focuses on investment professional recruiting and business development within the firm’s Real Estate Investment Professional Recruiting practice.

Prior to joining CPI, Sam was a broker with Transwestern where she serviced both the tenant representation and agency leasing teams.

Sam is a graduate of Bucknell University with a B.A. in Markets, Strategic Innovation & Consumer Behavior and a minor in Entrepreneurship. While at Bucknell, Sam served on the Bucknell University Alumni Association (BUAA) Board of Directors and continues to be an active member of the BUAA.
