TIM HIGGINS

Tim leads CPI’s Administrative, Accounting & Finance Recruiting Teams as well as our Contract Staffing team and assists with junior level investment professional recruiting activities. He also focuses on business development initiatives across all recruiting verticals. Tim spearheaded CPI’s buildout of its proprietary candidate submission and review technology called “Pillar”.

Prior to joining CPI, Tim was a Vice President in the Human Capital Management division at Goldman Sachs where he focused on talent acquisition for the Securities Division. While at Goldman Sachs, Tim recruited talent across the Equities, Credit, Commodities, and Special Situations teams. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Tim recruited investment professionals on behalf of hedge funds and private equity firms.

Before moving into recruiting, Tim was a Vice President in Institutional Equity Sales at Wells Fargo where he covered hedge funds throughout New York and Connecticut. He began his career as an Analyst in the Equity Capital Markets Group at Bank of America where he worked on both the Industrial Origination and Equity Syndicate teams.

Tim is a graduate of Iona Preparatory School and the Lawrenceville School. He received a B.A. in History from the College of the Holy Cross.
